How do I clean the ResMed AirFit F40 mask?
The AirFit F40 mask consists of five parts: headgear, short
tube, frame, cushion, and vent ring.
- Daily Cleaning: Disassemble the mask and clean the short tube, cushion, and vent ring in warm, soapy water. Use a soft-bristle brush to gently clean the holes in the vent ring. Rinse all parts thoroughly under running water and allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight.
- Weekly Cleaning: Soak the headgear and frame in warm, soapy water and hand wash them thoroughly. Rinse well, squeeze out excess water from the headgear, and let all parts air dry out of direct sunlight.
